You go in and buy your ticket from a machine. It gives you a gate and time to show up.
After the tour was over we set out to find the entrance to the gardens. We could have gone out close to where we had started our tour, but like Disneyland the tour stops at the gift shop and then we weren't quit sure where we were.
You could see different statues and waterfalls hidden in the garden as we walked in.
We left Elaine & Fred on a bench as we headed to check out the garden and walk to the top.
There was a magnificent water fall at the base of the hill.
Before we headed up we found a nice little shaddy area that we could eat our sandwiches that we had purchased at the bakery this morning.
View from the backside of the waterfall.
Here is a picture of the back side of water, it is not just at Disneyland's Jungle Cruise.
Roger took a break on our walk up the hill to take a picture.
We made it!
The view from the top made the walk well worth it.
Then we meandered our way back down.
Admiring some of the artwork in the gardens.
And other buildings that we found.
This is backside of a fountain, that has seen better days.
We went back to where we had left Elaine & Fred but they were gone. We waited for a little while then we went off in search of them and found them near the entrance gate. We walked back to the underground and headed back to the apartment.
Later Roger, Amanda & I headed out to find dinner.
But we ended back at the Rathaus Platz and tonight we got American food. Amanda said this is NOT an American hamburger. It tasted more like sausage.
Roger got a Philly sandwich. We then sat through some of the opera that was playing but Amanda started getting cold so we headed back.
