July 1 - Salzburg to Vienna

Nobody wanted to get up this morning.

We did make it down stairs for breakfast.  This has to be the worst breakfast we have had so far, but the good thing was is they did have stuff we could make sandwiches with.  So we did that so we could eat them on the train on our way to Vienna.

The view from Fred & Elaine's room to our room.

And we are off to the train station.

It didn't take us that long to find our platform and where we needed to be so then we just sat around waiting.

This time we got a room to ourselves.

It's a good thing too because I don't know where they would put their luggage.  We had the racks full.

Roger is lucky he did not get beat by his Uncle, Aunt & daughter for stretching the truth about how far our walk would be.  He just kept saying it is just a little bit further.  About five miles later we finally reached our apartment.
They left us some chocolate and champagne on the table for our arrival.

The first thing we did was kick off our shoes and make ourselves at home.

The second was do some much needed laundry.

We then headed to the grocery store and picked up some stuff for dinner and breakfast.  Then a little later we took an evening stroll.
