Today we start another European adventure......well it actually started yesterday with our drive from home to Los Angeles. We spent the night at the
Holiday Inn Los Angeles Airport. We chose this hotel because of the park and fly package. We could watch the planes coming in but the nice thing is we could only see them from our room and not hear them. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked well. I do wish that there was a fan in the restroom. There is a McDonalds in front of the hotel, which is where we had breakfast and I found out through the front desk that there is a Subway right across the street. The plan is to pick up a sandwich before heading to the airport. The shuttle leaves from the hotel every 15 minutes.
